Getting around town is easy with a three-stage gondola transportation system that connects the Town of Mountain Village with the Town of Telluride. The views from the gondola are breath taking and the ride is free.

Located in the Mountain Village Core are spectacular recreational facilities, both winter and summer, and many fine hostelries, restaurants, businesses, and shops. Telluride Ski and Golf Company, the developer of the "Telluride Ski Area" and the vision for the luxury residential community which is now the Town of Mountain Village, retains a vital interest in the area.
